The control system for surface mounted blowout preventer (BOP) stacks are used to control BOP stacks, choke valve and kill valve while drilling oil and gas well. Its main function is to protect well operation from blowout accidents. It is an indispensable equipment to ensure safe operation. These BOP Control Systems are strictly designed, manufactured and inspected in accordance with API Spec.16D.
The remote control panel is equipped with both electric and pneumatic power, as well as a stand by inlet for pressing oil to ensure the system working regularly even under unexpected situations.
The power system is equipped with automatic control system and double protective device against overload pressure for hydraulic system. The operation is convenient, safe and reliable.
The accumulators with four sets can work regularly with the rest 75% volume when one of four sets goes wrong. A special valve equipped with the accumulator not only increases the strength of the accumulator but also makes it is convenient for the disassembly and maintenance of them.
The driller control panel is convenient to carry and operate, with identifications, with functions of giving signals for current working condition and avoiding wrong operation.
